The Bilo Bar Club formally meets twice a year at Shangri-la Yanuca Island, Fiji. Our reunions are the perfect time to catch up with old friends and meet friends you never you had whilst enjoying your home away from home in Fiji.
In May each year we get together to celebrate the anniversary of the clubs formation. An informal affair ensues with club members coming together on the anniversary of the clubs formation; 19th of May, to celebrate the success the club is today whilst acknowledging the efforts of those gone before us.
Our Annual Reunion is our major fundraising event of the year, when we all get together coinciding with Melbourne Cup day. Every year The Bilo Bar Club raises thousands of dollars of vital funds via our Calcutta Auction and Melbourne Cup Sweepstakes. Our Annual General Meeting is also held during this time, as with a jovial dinner event.
